Elspeth and I have both drafted the speech and finalised it, based on the information that was sent to us by the researchers and from our tutorial discussion. We also sent it to everyone in our group.
Genevieve and I drafted the speech on Thursday, based on both the research we received and the discussion from this week's tutorial. This morning we have gone over the speech to finalise it, and have now emailed a copy of the speech to each member of the tutorial.
As a negotiator, I have considered which constituencies our constituency would potentially be able to influence, as well as decided which issues our constituency would be willing to compromise on.
As a Presenter, I read over and I divided up the speech into four sections to be read over by the presenters. I colour coded them and re-attached the speech and sent it to the other presenters.
As a negotiator, I have summarised the speech in my notes so I know exactly what the class determined was our (the consituency's) aims. I further anticipated questions others may ask us in an attempt to "corner" us, (and came up with a few answers).
